Fog. Lake Michigan. {Sue and Dale}

As a last minute idea, I threw an offer on Facebook to photograph someone in Sheboygan this evening. I had this thing about the fog, the early evening light, the beach.

Sue and her husband Dale willingly volunteered to endure the 40-degree weather and my bossiness. During our mini-session, we found quite a few interesting things on the beach. A froggy watch. A dead fish. A perfectly straight walking stick. A pair of abandoned sneakers that kind of freaked me out. A goose that I jokingly told Sue to chase… and then she did. (awesome)

The light was lovely. The fog was eerie.  The beach was… perfect. I’m so glad we braved the cold.

Thanks Dale and Sue for letting me treat you to your first photography session together!

I like posts like this that have a lot of pictures from the session. I get a better sense of the personalities involved and what the day was like.
