The Awkward Photographer: Oh Happy Day {Jenn and Taylor}

When I first met Jenn and Taylor in a park in Seattle, I knew that their wedding day was going to be memorable.

They are both quick to laugh, incredibly sweet and adorable together.

I had a wonderful time meeting their family and friends and capturing moments of their special day, held in Snohomish, Washington.

The weather was lovely. The venue was beautifully decorated. The food was delicious. The guests were happy. It was a perfect day to begin their journey as husband and wife.

I hope that as you view these pictures, you feel like you were there, celebrating with Jenn and Taylor.

This wedding was memorable for another reason. For the first time in my photographic journey, I worked with Elli of Nostalgia Photographics. In addition to being a good friend of mine, she has often served as a mentor of sorts, helping me with my artistic doubts and, uh, awkwardness. Her eye was an asset. Her help was invaluable. (I normally wouldn't post quite so many photos from a secondary photographer, but I find myself so impressed with her work that I can't help but share.)
