I left work feeling rather crummy, headache and stuffy nose. But, all of that was momentarily forgotten when I discovered what was waiting for me at home: my new camera!
Here are a few test shots with my Sony A230L and 50mm f/1.8 lens. I just wandered around the house taking random pictures.

Something I worked for (been planning to get a camera for about a year but couldn't commit). It's going to give me many more opportunities to practice my awkwardness. :)
