Cherry Blossoms, a Duck & a Cute Couple

I persuaded Christian and Jolene to do a follow-up session now that I have my NEW CAMERA. (Sorry about the all caps; I’m still really excited about it.)

I read an article about the early-blooming trees at the University of Washington and Jolene had mentioned before that she liked cherry blossoms. So, we set out after a brief stop at Marymoor park.

Don’t you just love Jolene’s ‘over the shoulder’ glance? She’s got such beautiful eyes! And Christian protests quite a bit about having his picture taken but I secretly think he doesn’t mind so much. Those smiles look real!

You can see their original session here.

Aren’t those cherry blossoms lovely?

uh, delete the first one, on grounds of the husky shirt not covering my belly enough! Duck picture is all my idea! Any good pictures of the entire cherry blossom trees?

Um...wow! These are amazing.

Okay, way back when we first started chatting you told me you didn't know "technical" stuff about photography. You were so lying!

@Christian: Removed the pic you mentioned. Yes, I do acknowledge that the duck idea was yours. :) I added a pic at the bottom of all the cherry blossom trees.

@Alanna: Thanks! I still don't know anything about technical stuff. I mainly use auto. But, I hope to get past that sometime soon!
